Yoga and Meditation at Avita Health and Wellness

Restorative practices that support physical health, stress reduction, and overall wellness. Led by Deb Hart, Avita’s yoga and meditation sessions offer gentle movement and guided mindfulness to help restore balance in both body and mind.

Deb Hart has been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2015. She’s a trauma-informed facilitator whose mission is to create a supportive environment for you to relax, restore, and find some peace.

She will offer iRest meditation Mondays at Avita from 9-9:45AM. Deb will provide Gentle Yoga classes Avita Tuesdays from 9-10AM. You can join in-person or virtually for all sessions. Feel free to send questions about either practice to debhart9@gmail.com

Our Offerings

Gentle Yoga

Slow, accessible movement focused on flexibility, breath, and relaxation. This practice is beginner-friendly and all levels of mobility are welcome.

Restorative Meditation

Guided meditation designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity through breathing and mindfulness techniques.

Both options are available in person at Avita or virtually.
